How to disable a Tukio tag 01?

Tukio tag 01 can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It will no longer report to Google's Find Hub network, and the owner can no longer get updates on its current location.

If you receive a message on your mobile device that a Tukio tag 01 has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make this Tukio tag 01 ring through the system notification that you have received. After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on the location of this Tukio tag 01, and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts.

By pressing and holding the button:

  1. Locate the button on the side of the Tukio tag 01.
  2. Press and hold the button for seven seconds. One beep will sound, then two beeps, and then three beeps.

How to pair

  1. Search and download the Find Hub app on Google Play.
  2. Ensure that your phone has location services enabled, Bluetooth turned on, is connected to the internet, logged into a Google Account, and has the "Find Hub" feature activated.
  3. Open 'Find Hub' app.
  4. Place your Tukio tag 01 near your Android device.
  5. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds, and you will hear a beep indicating successful power-on.
  6. Wait for a half-screen notification to appear, then follow the on-screen instructions on your Android device to add the Tukio tag 01 to Find Hub.

Factory reset

  1. Locate the button on the side of the Tukio tag 01.
  2. Press and hold the button. You will hear the sounds in sequence: 1 beep, 2 consecutive beeps, 3 consecutive beeps. Continue holding the button and release it when you hear a long beep. The device will then be restored to factory settings.

Re-enable the Tukio tag 01

  1. Locate the button on the side of the Tukio tag 01.
  2. Press the button until you hear the tone.

Remove and re-pair the Tukio tag 01

Users can remove the Tukio tag 01 from the Find Hub app on Android. If the Tukio tag 01 is within Bluetooth range of the Android device, it will automatically reset to factory settings upon receiving the command from the device.
